My experience was very bad mascara was fully dry but staff is very coparative they accepted their mistake they said yo me they again send me new mascara but my parcel didn't arrived yet.

My overall experience is not good, maskara is totally dry, and not usable, although I intimate it but no one give me option to change that bogus product, soo my experience is 6/10,
The lip balm gives a beautiful, natural glow to the lips, and the mascara works really well too. I'm definitely going shopping again! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic branded cosmetics.
