Shipping policy

Products are shipped using only POSTEX courier services.

We are responsible for safe delivery of products to our customers. Replacement will be provided to customers in case of any damage during transit. However to avoid exploitation of the policy, Customers are required to make a live video of un-boxing the package and same may be sent to otwoo.com.pk@gmail.com or share the video at Whatsap 03055678984 with request for replacement.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email/whatsapp notification. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an whatsapp confirmation massage from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at otwoo.com.pk@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
