I received a defective product, and on top of that, you are refusing to exchange it. The bottle cap is loose and doesn’t fix properly, and the product itself is watery like plain water.
When I complained about this issue, instead of offering a replacement, you said that since the product has been opened, it cannot be exchanged according to your policy. However, I had to open the product to check its condition, and only then I found it was faulty.

The blush packaging is just superb, very luxurious, and the pigment is also excellent. The blush looks beautiful, silky, smooth formula very blendable and gives a beautiful and glowy finish, but fades after 3_4 hours and is not very long lasting, and the product container leaks from the upper side, which is very messy, and also results in product wastage.
The liquid blush was also my favourite because it blended pretty well...but the bottle cap was loose and the liquid was oozing ...but they responded very quickly to my complaint and replaced it ...I appreciate that 🙌🏻
