At first I was skeptical but then my parcel came and wowww! I received the exact shade which I ordered. My parcel came within a week and now it's my office bestie..... For the product it is so good, matte yet velvety and silky and felt soft and good on lips... And like other matte glosses which leave there pigment on lips or dry out your lipsss... It's not like that.. it's so good.

Unfortunately,I ordered the wrong shade of lipstick and there's no exchange policy,so I'm stuck with a colour I don't love. The product it self seems great ,but the lack of flexibility with returns is disappointing. Hopefully, others can double-check the shade before ordering..!!
